🔹 Rear Wheel Arches – Cutting Out the Rust for a Fresh Start!

One of the most common areas for corrosion on a Mazda Bongo is the rear wheel arches. Over time, exposure to the elements leads to rust, which, if left untreated, can become a major structural issue.

For this restoration, we completely cut out and replaced both rear wheel arches using genuine Mazda panels. Using factory-spec metal ensures a perfect fit and long-lasting durability. Once fitted, the arches were expertly blended into the bodywork, ready for paint.

Rust doesn’t just look bad—it compromises the van’s structure. By replacing the arches rather than just patching them, we ensure this Bongo is built to last!

🔹 Full Paint Refresh – A Stunning Transformation! 🎨

With the wheel arches replaced, it was time to give the van a completely refreshed look. We carried out corrosion repairs across the lower half of the vehicle, ensuring all affected areas were treated and made solid.

✅ Supplying and fitting a boot spoiler for a sleek, sporty finish

To complete the transformation, we resprayed the entire lower half of the Bongo in a stunning Pearl Purple, a colour that truly comes to life in the sunlight. Bumpers, wing mirrors, and the new boot spoiler were colour-coded, tying everything together into a show-stopping finish.

A fresh coat of paint isn’t complete without matching wheels! We took the existing Mazda alloy wheels and fully refurbished them, finishing them in a gloss black that perfectly complements the new paintwork.
