The customer wanted a striking but classic look for their Camper Custom Conversions, opting for a full respray with the original colour on the top half and a custom shade for the lower half. We also colour-coded the roof, wing mirrors, grille, and boot spoiler to tie the design together seamlessly.

Bespoke Interior Conversion

- Custom Built In-House Rock & Roll Bed: We installed an ultra-wide two adult-sized bed with generous storage underneath, including Fridge Freezer, perfect for longer trips.
- Kitchen Setup: The van now boasts a twin gas hob, sink with taps, and storage tanks for water, making it fully self-contained for adventures.
- Re-trimmed Seating: The front seats, rock & roll bed, door cards, and interior panels were all re-trimmed to match the customer’s chosen fabric.
- Flooring: A brand-new plywood floor and safety lino were fitted with the choice of style left up to the customer, while all carpets and plastic trims were refurbished for a fresh, clean look.

State-of-the-Art Electrical Setup
To keep the van powered on and off the road, we installed a top-tier electrical system:
- A leisure battery with a split charge system and multiple USB ports in the rear ensures the van stays powered.
- 12V LED lighting adds a warm, cosy ambiance, perfect for evenings on the road.
- A 240V hook-up with twin power sockets and USB ports means they’ll never run out of charge, whether at a campsite or on a wild adventure.
Solar Power System
The customer opted for an 160W slimline solar panel with an MPPT fast-charge controller. This eco-friendly addition keeps the leisure battery charged even when the engine isn’t running, making the van ideal for off-grid adventures.
Heating System for All Seasons
For ultimate comfort, we installed an 8KW diesel night heater. Whether it’s a frosty winter evening or a chilly autumn night, the van is now a warm and inviting retreat.
Enhanced Connectivity
We upgraded the entertainment system with an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-compatible media player with Bluetooth connectivity. Comes with a reverse camera supplied and fitted to ensure easy parking of the new Bongo. This ensures the customer stays connected, entertained, and hands-free while driving.
Service, Maintenance & Underseal
Our thorough service ensures every van runs as smoothly as it looks. For this Bongo, we:
- Performed a major engine, gearbox, and differential service.
- Replaced the timing belt kit, water pump, and thermostat, and added a coolant alarm for extra peace of mind.
- Applied a comprehensive underseal to protect the chassis and wheel arches, rubbing down all suspension components and finishing them in matte black.

Pop-Top Roof Upgrade

We refurbished genuine Mazda Bongo alloy wheels, offering the customer a choice of colour, and the customer chose black. Paired with new tyres, these wheels look incredible and provide long-lasting performance.
Added Security & Privacy
To enhance safety and comfort, we installed a Sigma CAT 1 alarm with dual immobilisers, as well as custom front and rear curtains for privacy.
Warranty & Aftersales Package
As part of our “Your Van, Your Way” package, this customer received a full warranty covering all parts and labour, a free MOT for the following year, and a complimentary underseal top-up if required. They’ll also benefit from discounted labour rates for any future work.
