Imported with Perfection in Mind
The build began with a rust-free custom-import Bongo with only 70,000 miles on the clock. The chassis was in exceptional condition, making it the perfect base for what we had planned. This wasn’t going to be a quick tidy-up or a basic refit. It was designed to be a top-tier campervan from the ground up.
From the moment it arrived, we knew it would be something special. Every component was assessed and enhanced to meet our highest possible standard.
Stunning Custom Interior Conversion
Inside, the van has been fitted with a full slimline side conversion. A custom ultra-wide rock and roll bed allows two adults to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. Under-seat storage helps make the most of the space, and the interior has been trimmed in a honeycomb-style pattern with white piping to match the external paintwork.
The passenger seat now swivels to face the living space, giving a relaxed feel when parked up. LED lighting provides subtle and effective illumination, and there’s a roof-mounted media player to keep you entertained wherever you stop. Multiple storage compartments have been built into the cabinetry, offering smart, discreet places to keep your essentials.
Fully Equipped for Off-Grid Adventures
Of course, a van like this is built for more than just looks. It’s designed for year-round, off-grid adventures. A powerful diesel night heater keeps the interior toasty during cold evenings, while the slimline solar panel with MPPT controller keeps the leisure battery topped up even in low sunlight.
A fridge freezer is mounted neatly beneath the bed, perfect for long trips and lazy weekends away. The twin gas hob and sink give you everything you need to prepare meals on the go, and there’s 240v hook-up as well as USB ports and sockets powered by a robust split-charge system.
Show-Stopping Exterior Paintwork and Styling
No expense was spared on the paintwork. This van wears a breathtaking Ford RS Ultima Green finish, a three-stage pearl that changes subtly in the light. The colour shimmers in the sun, adding depth and personality to an already eye-catching build.
Black accents on the skirts and lower body kit contrast beautifully against the green, giving the van an aggressive yet refined look. The front honeycomb grille has been colour coded to match the interior trim, tying the whole design together.
To complete the look, we fitted brand new 20-inch alloy wheels, giving the van the perfect stance without compromising ride quality. Every plastic trim was refurbished, and every detail considered.
